The farm produces all its products in a biological way on the hills of Florence. Our vocation has for years been that of a markedly Tuscan farm, maintained through time and renewed every year. With as many as 1000 olive trees, Moraiolo cultivars, Leccino and Frantoiano, we produce a very high quality organic extra virgin olive oil, the protagonist also of the menus of the restaurant “La Fornace dei Medici”. Also the garden and the orchard, guarantee a solid continuity with the secular past: the products we present in the recipes and preparations are exclusively at zero kilometer and often coming directly from our fields. We produce about one hectare of potatoes that vary from purple, to red Desiree to yellow pasta Monnalisa that are perfect not only to eat fried or boiled but also to make pasta like gnocchi.
