The restaurant is located in the annex of the Fornace from the 1500s. The stone walls are the original ones, in the renovation of the roof we respected the original model, next to the main hall we have a second more intimate room, ideal for private events.
The dishes we offer are made from the highest quality raw materials, many of which are produced organically in our company; we produce olive oil with low acidity, ancient grains with which we make fresh pasta, bread and crushed oil, most vegetables such as: potatoes, tomatoes, aubergines, courgettes, peppers, onions; smells like basil, parsley, garlic, rosemary, sage … etc. all organic and zero kilometer.

In preparing his dishes our chef tries to rediscover ancient flavors and each menu goes well with one unique wine selection of its kind because it has been prepared over the last 8 years by the owner, Sommelier by passion who has gone in search of authentic aromas and flavors in the cellars of small Tuscan producers.
